Meet Judith Martinez, a shining star in our DMM community! With over a decade of experience in social impact, she is the Founder and Chief Catalyst of InHerShoes, a non-profit empowering young woman of color, and the Senior Manager of Social Impact and Inclusion at Rare Beauty by Selena Gomez. Judith is passionate about leveraging digital media for social change and is a first-generation daughter of immigrants excited about the next generation of leadership. Judith was inspired by the DMM program’s emphasis on Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Belonging, and Access, which was seamlessly integrated into every class. Having graduated in May 2024, she aims to shape the future of social change by telling impactful stories and measuring social impact through digital media and technology. Her capstone project focused on youth advocacy, creating a digital media product that combines storytelling with philanthropic giving, introducing a new revenue stream for fundraising. Judith’s work is a testament to her dedication to making a difference in the world.
