“With an academic background in journalism and public relations, I’ve been a marketing and communication professional since the late ’90s. I spent the past 15 years in the performing arts industry in the SF Bay Area as an art administrator, presenter, and marketing and digital content director. It has been my goal since the beginning of this program to lead the movement to transform how performing artists, especially those in the classical music space, connect with their audience while maximizing their potential for income no matter the economic climate.

The DMM program has been an extremely satisfying journey. We are constantly challenged to become the force that makes the digital media space more inclusive, diverse, and accessible to all – all things that I hold dear to my heart. Critical thinking and creativity are not only nurtured but also required to reap the full benefit of a truly comprehensive curriculum. The industry know-how of the faculty and the strength of the USC network offer incomparable value from day one. I look forward to witnessing the exciting work and innovation created by my fellow cohort and many to come.”
