Raymond Lutzky

Raymond Lutzky has two decades of experience working with some of the world’s most innovative organizations and contributing professional and scholarly expertise to the field of digital media technology. He is Vice President of Strategic Partnerships at Element451, an AI-driven customer relationship management (CRM) platform for higher education. He previously served as Vice President of University Partnerships at Academic Partnerships, one of the largest online higher education service providers in the United States, and as Director of University Partnerships at workforce education company InStride. 

Lutzky has held enrollment leadership roles responsible for the oversight of undergraduate and graduate admissions, global student recruitment, financial aid, and enrollment marketing at prestigious institutions including Cornell University, New York University, Pace University, and Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He helped lead programmatic campus launches for the Tandon School of Engineering at New York University and for Cornell Tech; has taught graduate courses at both schools; and has lectured at events across North and South America, Asia, and Europe. Lutzky also served on the Board of Directors for nonprofit organizations including NAGAP: The Association for Graduate Enrollment Management and the Colorado LGBTQ Chamber of Commerce. As a lecturer at the University of Southern California’s Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism, Lutzky continues to share his industry expertise. 

Lutzky holds an MS in public relations from the Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University and an MS in digital audience strategy from the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication at Arizona State University. He earned his PhD in communication and rhetoric from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
