Caroline Leach is an entrepreneur and founder of The Carrelle Company, which provides digital marketing, personal branding, and executive coaching services to organizations and professionals. As a marketing and communications executive at Fortune 100 companies in the technology and media industries, her expertise includes corporate communications; marketing analytics; brand management; digital marketing; social media; corporate social responsibility; and diversity, equity, and inclusion. Leach served on the integration planning team for a $50 billion acquisition in media and technology. Using targeted measurement and the design of an inclusion playbook for content creators, she has also led efforts to improve how women and other groups are portrayed in ads and media.
As an instructor at the University of Southern California’s Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism, Leach focuses on digital media studies including managing technologies for digital media, analytics and research methodology, and digital media leadership and management. She received her BA in economics from the University of California, Los Angeles and her MA in communications management from USC Annenberg. Leach has served as the Chair of the Annenberg Alumni Advisory Board and as an executive committee member of the Board of Governors for the USC Alumni Association.
