Adam Holiber

Adam Holiber is an investor, fundraising professional, and strategic financial advisor. He has vast experience in all phases of startup businesses – from ideation, initial funding, and launch to executing business model pivots, building brand awareness, establishing web presence and market share, and securing business exits. His primary focus surrounds investment analysis, formulation of clearly-articulated business plans, and establishing the financial building blocks that drive business success.

Currently, Holiber serves as CFO and Board Member for two local nonprofits: The Peace Entertainment Project, which nurtures and develops uplifting film and video content to promote global peace, and Lipstick Angels, which delivers in-person and virtual wellness and beauty services to cancer patients nationwide. In his 35-year career in investment banking and startup businesses, Holiber has raised over $6 billion in funding for innovative and disruptive technology startups, managed the development of patent portfolios designed to dominate a business space, and delivered invention and innovation marketing as a service to both large and small corporations. Recently, as a founding team member of Noumena, a fintech startup serving gig workers, he designed business strategy and web community engagement initiatives. He also spearheaded brand and social media redesign for Lipstick Angels.

Holiber earned a BA in physics from Cornell University and an MBA from the Anderson School of Management at the University of California, Los Angeles. He also holds a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and is a licensed Registered Investment Advisor (RIA).
