As the founder and CEO of Gilly, an AI-driven SaaS platform, she leads high-stakes communication strategies, guiding teams through business transitions, stakeholder engagement, and reputation management. Her innovative approach combines political insight with startup agility to help organizations navigate critical challenges.

Haider previously served as an associate director at Consulum where she advised senior political figures, C-suite executives, and institutions on complex media and communication crises. Her work focused on crafting targeted messaging, developing reputation-protection strategies, and providing media training for high-ranking leaders in both public and private sectors. At Booz Allen Hamilton, Haider honed her skills in policy analysis and strategic communication, collaborating with senior clients to address intricate policy and competitive challenges. Formerly, as a White House Fellow, she managed defense policy projects, advised government leaders on crises, and developed communication strategies aligned with the administration’s goals.

Haider holds a BA in economics from the University of Illinois at Chicago and an MSc in international relations from the London School of Economics and Political Science in the United Kingdom.
